Drill: Rope-Snap Using a 6-9 foot rope, player ’cracks’ the whip to snap the end of the rope. Great for the quick wrist snap used for curve/regular throw.

Drill: Dive and Catch - Dry Motion/Movement Making a diving stop and get to feet of off knees into throwing motion. Same throwing motion on routine grounder/pitch.
Drill: Drop Catch Holding ball at shoulder height and using both hands, drop a ball, clap and catch before it lands. Try two claps or one clap above and one clap below ball and catch.
