Alan Stein is a conditioning specialist and is the man you need to get in shape for your upcoming season. Strength, Stamina, Quickness and that much-needed Explosiveness in the 4th quarter will all be covered in this in-depth course.
From the foundation up is how Stein likes to prepare his athletes for the rigorous journey of a season. First and foremost his athletes need to remain injury free before progressing into a building phase. From there the athlete can begin to develop the strength and endurance they need through a variety of drills including team building competitions as well as individual drills.
This course features over 40 drills that provide a variety of ways to improve players using innovative techniques that can be incorporated into any program.
Alan Stein is the owner of Stronger Team and the head strength and conditioning coach for the nationally-renowned DeMatha Catholic High School boy’s basketball program. A performance consultant for Nike Basketball as well as the head conditioning coach for the annual McDonald’s All-American game, the Jordan Brand Classic and the Nike Summer Skills Academies, Stein is also a camp coach at the prestigious NBA Players Association’s Top 100 Camp and the Chris Paul CP3 Elite Backcourt Camp.
