In this course you will learn my exact strategy for developing beginner sprint-hurdlers. You are going to learn how to develop the 3-step rhythm, and continually develop more speed between the hurdles. We begin by taking a look at the 3 drills you will perform do ingrain good habits at the beginning of the season, called cycle drills, then we will adapt to the hurdles at full speed with Jammed hurdling, then we will cover 7-stepping, and finally hurdle endurance to prepare them for multiple rounds of racing during championship season. I am here to answer any questions you may have and I hope to see you in the course!
