All the hard work you put into training your body for sport: is it the same for mindwork? That needs training, in a slightly different way.
You've got your tactical/technical aspect - the mindbodyspirit element is important too.
This course was inspired by the young athletes I work with who find meditation and mindwork - or sitting still with it - a challenge! Everyone knows that meditation and mindful skills are a fanstastic asset for any athete but many people find it difficult to access and feel the pressure to 'clear the mind' and 'be present' can make matters worse.
I also know that each athlete has an individual learning and dominance profile so different that mental growthwork requires a multi-faceted approach - this is an audio course so it can be digested on the move, sitting or lying. The format is easy to access and can be worked on in small chunks to suit attention span and preference.

The meditations have been created for active people packaged as mindful activities which involve movement graduating increasing in length based on traditional MBSR work with a sporty twist.
I work as a transformational wellbeing coach in sport and other performance industries (music, acting) - I am very thorough in supporting the whole person and work with nurturing self-reliance, autonomy and resilience. Each athlete I work with fills a toolbox of self-care techniques they can use to support their emotional intelligence journey.
