Drop, X-out on Skip pass & Jump Switch
Probably the most common defensive rotation in a "DROP" coverage, is the X-out (X-switch) on the skip pass. This way the corner 3p is shot is prevented and the tagger sprints to the wing, in order to close-out the next offensive player. In this situation, the defender is usually beat. So, a jump switch is a recommended solution.
