This video shows a great stationary ball handling sequence.
Our POE (Points of Emphasis) are:
- Stance: Butt down, chest and eyes up. - Finger Pads: Keep the ball off of your ball to maintain maximum control. - Violent Pounds: Hard and loud pounds to ensure limited time the ball spends out of your hands, this allows for quicker reaction time. - Push Yourself: Less time, more intensity. If you’re comfortable in this sequence, you’re not getting better.
In this course we showcase skills that allow players to be efficient and effective ball handlers. We throw out the gimmick training and focus on game-like skills that with the teaching points that will help players take their ball skills and handle to the next level.
