The Diamond 21 Zone Option is a great play to create a nice seam off of a single read. Looking like Triple Option initially, the Offensive line gets an advantage on a turn out block while the defenders are drawn in. Then the ball is kept or pitched and the backside Tackle pulls and kick out the Force defender.
