Drilling the Fly Sweep-- Video
Here is a video of the drill that I drew up on the white board. One thing we love about this drill is how many guys are involved in it and how many reps we can get in a short period of time. One thing that we didn't do on this video that we otherwise would is we'd have the centers over snapping while they were drilling it.
