Season 1: Handler Offense
Coach Ben Wiggins delivers a comprehensive look at the critical handler skills that players need in order to feel confident around the disc in a variety of offensive situations. You’ll learn how to read the defense and react appropriately out of vertical, horizontal, and sideline offense sets. You’ll also learn how to read and beat poaches, give-and-go, and improve your catching skills.
