    Touch to Smash Ball

     view description
    • Set the cones up about a yard apart and get the players about 6-8 yards apart.

Players need to try to stay balanced and have to re-adjust their feet before taking a second touch.

They must keep the head up and stroke the ball cleanly.

Players should practice catching the ball too tight on their foot.

After working through this, have them play a game of Smash Ball.

To play this game, just have your players hit the ball a little harder than they normally would to help them develop softer feet.
