In this episode of "The Tennis Talk - Coaches Voices" Jacco Eltingh talks about the profile of tennis coaches in Europe, the passion and knowledge they show during their development but also the difficulties they have to go through and that often makes them abandon their career.
He also talked about player communication in doubles and the importance of knowing when and how to talk to your partner and mentioned the importance of the human and personal aspect in coaches and how essential it is to transfer this thought to your student, be it a player or another coach.
