Executining Game-Like Moments
In this part of the course, Coach Marshall emphasizes the importance of details over just completing drills. Players are taught to properly disperse, find personnel, and communicate in transition—not just go through the motions. Using a point-based system that rewards execution and penalizes mistakes, athletes learn how every possession matters. By practicing these pressure scenarios, players develop the mindset to stay locked in, understand their role in the moment, and recognize that games are won or lost through execution of small details at critical times.
