    • This is what a typical season's plan would look like. It is a lot easier and more simple to read once you know what all is in it, and I would communicate everything beforehand. This is an example just to show you about what it would typically look like. This workout plan was made for a track season, so this would not quite work for cross country if you tried to use it, as well as it being for one specific athlete, and not being smart to use for almost anyone else.
