Cross Country Season Training - 1 time fee for season of coachingby Tyler Melton
This Course is a complete Cross Country season course that will cover the entire season, from summer until late November, or shorter depending on your season and what you need. Each course is individualised by the runners needs and schedules for racing and training, as well as what kind of running they need to improve on their times and their effieciency. This course will include a season workout plan that is individualized for each runner, a core workout routine to do at certian times each week, a stretching routine to do every day, a recovery routine for after each run, and many other resources, as well as a coach that will be there for any individual needs or questions you may have!
I ran highschool cross country for four years, and coached myself and my team for two. My team won state two years, and were high placing the other two years, as well as had many very high level athletes, so I know what it takes to get to a high level of running. I currently run in college, and have a personal best 5k of 15:10, and have rapidly improved, so I know what all Is necessary to improve and progress in the correct way, while avoiding injuries and staying motivated through it all, which can be difficult without a team.
