    • You must get the lower body ahead of the upper  body.
      You must get the right leg and foot ahead of the rest of the body.

      This video shows the right foot straight to the back of the circle on touchdown and 90 degrees to the right or perpindicular to the throw direction when the left foot touches down.

      Anything less than these "directions" and the right foot, knee & hip will be lagging in the rotation and not pulling the rest of the body.  You then get varying degrees of "Upper Body Throws".
