Lay-up Fundamentals
The lay-up is the most common scoring shot in the game of basketball and while there are multiple ways to finish at the basket we are looking at the simple high hand finish lay-up off the backboard.
As a coach we want to break this movement down into with and without the ball, always focused on finishing off the corner of the shooting square on the backboard.
