Quick Hitters are a great option to run after time-outs or free-throws to take the defense by surprise. Quick Hitters can easily be disguised in the flow of the Princeton System since there are actions that repeat themselves in possession after possession. Here are a few of my favorites.
A STAB action is when a guard starts their cut through the lane but stops and immediately posts up taking their defender by surprise.
