2 long cages, 4 sock nets, 6 buckets of assorted balls (tennis balls, weighted balls, regular softballs), whoofing stick (procut.com), weighted bat, bag of beans, throw down plates, t-ball bat
1. Machine fire-2 SAC, 2 Sneaky, 2 Push, 2 Fake bunt slap, 2 fake bunt hit, 2 RBI situations, 2 Squeeze, 10 full cuts
2. Throw at hip front toss
3. One hand swings-fungo or t-ball bat
4. Wide stance swings on tee
5. Funky hand swings on tee
6. Soft toss with weighted balls
7. Outside pitch imagery drill with plate.
8. 2 hand Tennis ball throw-inside and outside pitches
9. Soft toss beans with stick bat.
10. Hurdle Swings with Heavy bat
11. Ladder with ball toss each side (working on flips)
12. Whoofing Stick swings 5 sets of 5
