This is one of the most dominant attacks on top, once it is mastered wrestlers are able to score lots of points quickly. When I was in college I used this ride to score on several all-americans; it allowed me to beat wrestlers who were better than me. This is an advanced ride and I would suggest first having a strong foundation in half nelsons, tilts, and leg rides.
