In this exercise the patient will begin to strengthen the posterior chain
1 set of hold 60" x 1: if the athlete is unable to hold 60" at a time it is recommended that they hold as long as they can until the sum is 60". Example: if they can only hold 10" then they will perform the exercise 6 times.
