    • Form Rebounding

      Throw the ball off the backboard.
      Rebound the ball over the head and keep it strong in the hands.
      Throw an outlet pass to a player away from the basket.
      The receiver of the pass should always call for the ball and move toward the pass.

      Coaching Tip

      Show you players that using their dribble can help improve the outlet pass angle.
