Thwe screener must come to a jump stop and try to position himself so the defense makes contact with him squarely.
Make sure the screener does not move.
The offensive teammate then sets up the defense by V-cutting away from the direction he wants to go and rubbing the shoulders of his teammate as he goes past him.
The offensive player goes to the basket and screen rolls in the opposite direction.
This is all done without a ball.
