Lesson 1:
Intro - Why Four Styles
This lesson explains some of the pain behind the player's experience of being taught a style which does not mesh with their skill set, and their natural predispositions. Players vary in their ambidexterity, and how they like to spin. Learning to identify and help guide a player to their best style will help them to truly own the shot. This is the result of over two years of experimentation in developing a system for discovery.
