Lesson 13:
Collapse Dive Toss Drill
1. You will need a partner for this warmup drill.
2. Sit on the ground with your left bent in front of you and your feet flat on the ground.
3. Standing partner tosses the ball to either the right or left side of the goalkeeper.
4. Simultaneously sitting back up and tossing the ball back to the partner and then collapsing to the other side.
5. Do one set, five reps each side.
