Week 3 Part A
The goal of this lesson is to teach you how to “check” your shot, that is, to SELF-CORRECT your own shot form. This is done AFTER THE SHOT. This means you’ll have to POSE or HOLD YOUR FOLLOW THROUGH (both hands) after the shot, long enough for you AND your partner to check your hands, arms, and feet.
