The power of believing in never giving in.
This is the 2nd phase of our BRAIN TRAINING training. We will focus on two traits that predict achievement: grit & ( resilience) self-control. A process that will help you reach a higher state of mental performance. Just like any other skill in life, we are going to practice our mental skills to improve our performance in life, sports, business, & relationships.
