Introduction to Brain Training
Welcome to our mental skills development program. This is a learning opportunity to help each one of us take more control under pressure, on the field of play, and in life. The goal is to walk you through our program until we set short and long-term goals together. I will be here to help you adjust your goals, achieve your goals even after we finish the 8 steps. Step 9 is you taking control and I will be with you all the way. We will work towards your goals together and watch you achieve your full potential. Finishing the course allows us to work together after for as long as you need support. Or if you decide you want to revisit the concepts and get the guidance you can activate the account and come back to learn more.
