Early Off-Season Modified Practice Template
This descvideoribes an early off-season one-hour football practice template focused on movement prep, everyday drills, and basic run concepts. Coacehs can customize these templates as needed to make them their own. It incorporates meetings, specialist periods, indy time, group time, scrimmage time, special teams periods, and strength and conditioning periods.
