Full Practice for Spring and Summer Ball Template
This video explains a spring and summer football practice template, focused on how to structure sessions from spring ball through summer with Varsity, JV, and then freshmen. It details a spring schedule starting late April to mid May, with 3 to 4 weeks and about 13 to 14 practices, adding meetings for 20 minutes, a 10 minute transition, five minutes of movement prep, specialist periods, installs, tackling and run concepts, team, special teams, 7 on 7, and one on one, then ending with a lift period. The template alternates offensive and defensive emphasis and special teams emphasis across days.

Coacehs can customize these templates as needed to make them their own. It incorporates meetings, specialist periods, indy time, group time, scrimmage time, special teams periods, and strength and conditioning periods.
