• Jog doing shoulder cradle (2 laps or on whistle). Stick should be on the shoulder, parallel to the ground, with butt end pointing toward the target.  Top hand has a small cradle (rolling stick across thumb) - bottom hand is a guide and does no cradling.

  • Jogs - High Knees, Butt Kicks, Karaoke, Side Shuffle, Sprint Turns, Sprints
