The Game Day Go Drill
The Game Day Goat Drill is a highly effective method designed to activate the body’s double sling stability system. A single repetition, lasting approximately 20 to 30 seconds, is sufficient to engage these systems, promoting lower-limb stability and enhancing overall performance and function. While additional repetitions may be performed if desired, one repetition alone is adequate to achieve the intended activation and stabilization benefits.
