Sample 3 week Gallop Implementation
This 2 day a week sample template begins with stationary gallop work prior to implementing gallop movement skills. It can be a starting point for you to brainstrom and decide how you would like to move forward. These drills can de done in addition to other movements determined by the focus of the day. It can combined with Acceleration, Multidrectional training or as you see fit.
