    • Dynamic Warm-Up Lap
      • Get the blood pumping, the muscles warm, the joints lubricated and increase the range of motion in a controlled setting before doing anything else.
      • Take a warm-up lap(s) around the field. Mix-up the motions of the body during the lap with jogging, shuffling, crossovers and backpedals.

      Coaching Tip: Once kids become acclimated, stand in the middle and call out the different motions rather than performing with the kids.
