Blocking Overview - SAB
We teach down blocking, or the SAB/track blocking scheme. SAB is Severe Angle Blocking.
The programs I have coached are notoriously undersized. The SAB tactic allows us to level the playing field against larger programs that have size. We emply quickness and sound technique to gain an upper hand and make the defense react to where we want them to be.
Much of this has been revised and added upon from Coach Gregory and his .ppt from years ago.
