Lesson 18:
O-Line EDDs
These drills MUST be done EVERYDAY - we call them EDDs - Every Day Drills.
It works quickness, agility, explosion, first step, and pulling.
Each position group should have their daily EDDs at the beginning of practice for warmups. We prefer to allocate 20-25min for EDDs for the first 1/3 of the season. As the season gets underway, EDDs can be completed in 15-20 as players learn routines. Always push the pace!
