In this video I will begin teaching my pass rush drill progression. I will start with a hand combat drill, move to a pass rush get off drill, and finish with a pass rush lane responsibility drill.

This course is designed to give defensive line coaches access to a variety of drills to set up their linemen for success on Friday nights. The course will cover the basics of a good stance, hand placement and punch, all the way to the different drills working against run and pass blocks. This is a great course for defensive line coaches both young and old.
