Lesson 2:
Stance Holds, 2-Point Stance Punch, and 6-Point Explosion
In this segment of the course, you will see three different drills:
1. Stance Holds
2. 2-Point Stance Punch
3. 6-Point Explosion
The following drills are a great way to start teaching defensive linemen the basics of the position. The stance is the most important starting point for a defensive lineman as well as learning how to use the hips and hands powerfully against your offensive opponent.

This course is designed to give defensive line coaches access to a variety of drills to set up their linemen for success on Friday nights. The course will cover the basics of a good stance, hand placement and punch, all the way to the different drills working against run and pass blocks. This is a great course for defensive line coaches both young and old.
