Yoga Ab-toning #3
This is the third in the Yoga Ab-toning Series by Spirit Yoga. This is a short but quite effective and playful abdominal toning exercise. Remember balance is the key, so when practicing abdominal toning exercises make sure to balance your body with some back-bending poses such as Shalabhasana (Locust Pose) or Urdhva Dhanurasana (Bow Pose).
