How
Feet:
Toes lined up, just as they would be when driving
Start: Trail foot 75%, Lead foot 25%
Finish:Trail foot 0%, Lead foot100%
Drive off the trail leg
Knees:
Athletic stance, just like the driving stance
Arms:
Back in the load position; front hand is open so that the medicine ball (Total Control ball) can fly straight
Downward chop movement, driving the ball two feet ahead of the body
Keep arms straight all the way through, just like a driving swing
Drive down aggressively through the ground
