Any time, you have to finish with it when it’s time to teach it. Work backwards.
There is nothing wrong with tweaking the old one!
Sometimes you're so busy with other things that you don’t have the whole playbook ready. Pre-season preparations start, and you just have a few plays. That’s fine too. You only have to have the first play or plays ready for you to teach. You cannot teach them all at once anyway.
