This e-learning course taught you what a playbook is and what it can do for you (and what it can’t do). It also gave you a list of things you need to check before you can develop a successful playbook. Successful playbooks use team identity and tactical considerations. This course equipped you with tacit advice on when to stop developing ideas. Finally, it showed how to communicate your playbook to your staff and athletes.
You learned how the tactical model would inform your decisions around play selection. You understood that you have to tailor the playbook to your athletes. Your coaches who want to teach it to athletes are part of the equation, too.. You know how to get organized and how to teach. You learned what to do and what to avoid.
