    • One of the foundational strength developing movements; the double leg lift will be done hundreds of thousands of times during the career of the champion wrestler. Keeping the hips underneath the back and lifting with an explosive hip thrust will make this movement much easier to execute. Keeping your head up and your back straight are very important details.
