    • A great beginner pinning move. It is difficult to get against advanced wrestlers, but once the arm is across the back, it is a winning position at all levels (assuming correct technique).

       

      1) Step up with your back straight while lifting your opponent's wrist with your wrist.

      2) Swing your arm hard accross your opponent's back, while dropping back to both of your knees (to generate more power).

      3) Step up again, pull hard towards your opponent's head, so that he falls on his hip.

      4) Drop your hip to the mat to tighten the position, walk slowly in a circle.

      5) Finish with your post-leg up. This will prevent him from bridging.
