     view description
    • The knee smash works well when your balance is not in jeopardy, and your opponents is. A knee strike is very similar to a elbow strike in which it is a circular technique. The hips, and knee work just like the shoulder and elbow joints allowing to angle the strike in various arcs This strike should be practiced a lot from both the lead and rear sides of the body so you get comfortable hitting with either leg, regardless of your stance. The knee smash works well when your balance is not in jeopardy, and your opponents is. Never lift your feet off the ground when your base of support is in question. The knee strike will probably be used most often when you are grappling or having to momentarly grab your opponent to stabilize yourself first in order to generate the inclination power from the hips and pelivs.
