Daryl Moreau (Founder and CEO, New Orleans Sports Performance Institute). 

Since graduating with a business degree from Tulane University in 1983 where he played basketball and captained the Green Wave his junior and senior years, Daryl has lived distinctly different professional and personal lives. After moving to Ohio in 1987, Daryl received his Masters in Business Administration and spent nearly 3 decades working in healthcare, nearly 20 years as CEO of a 30 physician cardiology practice, and the last 10 operating a healthcare consulting firm specializing in negotiating mergers and acquisitions.

In his “spare” time, he drew from the lessons he learned working with hundreds of physicians who practice evidence-based medicine to pursue a near 25 year quest to learn everything he could about the application of science to sports performance training. Throughout this time, he served as a volunteer baseball or basketball assistant coach at the high school or college level, and routinely trained high school, college, and professional athletes.
