Darrion Siler, the head baseball coach at John Carroll School for 11 years, is a globally-experienced coach and a forward-thinking developer of athletes. A 2001 graduate of the school, he has coached internationally in Japan and Europe, served as an assistant for the Portuguese national team, and has been invited to speak in Cuba, Russia, and Slovakia. Coach Siler’s philosophy goes “Beyond Metrics,” focusing on motor learning and creating practice environments that build empowered, resilient players who can thrive in the chaos of the game.
