Developing A Competitive Practice with Brad Duvall

Description

Coach Brad Duvall’s "Developing A Competitive Practice" is a masterclass in structuring high-intensity, game-like practices that push players to perform under pressure. This course focuses on creating fast-paced, competition-driven environments where players are held accountable for their performance every day. The course covers how to structure daily objectives, focusing on one to three key performance goals, and how to track progress beyond basic stats like batting averages and RBIs. Coaches will learn how to use metrics such as quality at-bats, two-strike balls in play, and free base challenges to ensure players develop smart, in-game decision-making skills. Additionally, the course dives into creating a winning team culture, where athletes are not only competing but also pushing each other to improve daily.

This course is essential for any coach or athlete looking to build a championship mindset and perform under pressure. It provides practical strategies for developing mental toughness, ensuring players are comfortable in high-stress situations like playoffs because they’ve been trained to handle pressure all season. Coaches will gain insights into elite coaching principles, learning from the best in the game while avoiding common coaching mistakes like over-coaching in critical moments. Whether you're a new coach looking for a structured approach or an experienced coach refining your practice methods, this course gives you the tools to run efficient, competitive practices that maximize performance.
