It is critical for league administrators to create a structured program where all participants are prepared for each subsequent level of play. In order to make this happen, we have created an age appropriate, skill based curriculum that promotes coaching consistency within age groups and development progression across age groups. Similar to school curriculum, this coaching curriculum guide identifies age specific outcome goals in relation to skill and personal development, helping league administrators better streamline their multi-level programs.
