Auburn Tigers Offensive Playbook
by Scott PetermanDescription
Bruce Pearl and the Auburn Tigers landed in the Final Four due to their 6th best offense in the country according to KenPom adjust efficiency rankings. The biggest part of of their high powered offense was their transition offense, as well as their three-point shooting in their primary break offense. If they didn't score in their primary break, Auburn would run a great half-court offense with the 4-out offense and a sensational drive and kick offense. The Auburn Tigers pushed the ball as much as they could and ran their set plays better than anyone. Bruce Pearl would run over sixty different set plays with several counters depending on the defense. They also used the backdoor set plays to get quick scores.
This Auburn Tigers Offense Playbook will give you several ideas on how you can rev up your fast break and get your team scoring various ways in the half-court.
