• Full-Court Pressure Defense: Learn how to pressure the ball for 94 feet using running jumps, traps, full-court man, zones, and aggressive defensive concepts.

• Gamifying Practice: Turn tough habits like taking charges, diving for loose balls, and defensive effort into competitive challenges that drive player buy-in.

• Advantage & Disadvantage Drills: Use 2-on-1, 2-on-2, 3-on-3, 4-on-3, and 4-on-4 situations to develop decision-making, defensive rotations, and transition play.

• Simple Offensive Concepts: Teach players to play fast without overthinking through simple actions, terminology, spacing, and a dribble-drive/Princeton hybrid approach.

• Building Effort & Toughness: Create a team standard where players compete every possession and learn to win the effort battle.

• Transition & Shot Selection: Develop quick attacks, pitch-ahead passing, seven-second scoring, and player-specific “gold, silver, and bronze” shot selection.
